How do I know which hotel I will receive?

Once a Trips Pass is purchased you will receive confirmation via email with log in credentials. After scheduling and attending the Virtual Presentation, you will then have access to select your desired dates, at which point, you will see a selection of hotels for you to choose from that are available for the dates you have requested. All our hotels offer great standards and provide up to 81% savings compared to retail rates.

How can I contact Trips Pass?

Trips Pass offers access to our fantastic customer support team via either email on [email protected] or alternatively by opening a support ticket on our website on tripspass.com/support where we will do our best to have your question/request resolved as quickly as possible.

Are there blackout dates?

Trips Pass special offers provide huge savings on amazing hotels around the globe. In some cases there may be certain dates that will be made unavailable due to it simply being impossible to provide these prices for the absolute peak times of the year. However, due to the vacations being flexible to use over 18 months, we are extremely confident that all customers will find dates that will suit for this incredible offer.

How do I book my travel dates?

Upon purchasing your special offer, you will receive your log in credentials via email and SMS. Once you have logged into My Reservations, you will be prompted to schedule and attend your Virtual Presentation. After completing the Virtual Presentation you will be able to select your desired dates and view the selection of hotels available and choose your preference. Our inventory is fantastic and we are super confident that we will be able to offer you the dates that you will require. However, for your peace of mind, we do offer a 7 day full money back guarantee so that if your dates are in fact not available, you are able to claim a full refund.

Why are Trips Pass packages up to 81% off?

Our packages are supplemented to enable us to offer such incredible savings. In return, we ask for your time in attending a Virtual Presentation where our partner companies gain the opportunity to present their vacation-based products showing how to save money on future bookings. By giving your time in hearing about these services, it enables us to share the incredible rates that we have negotiated with the hotels.

Am I eligible for the promotional price?

The reason Trips Pass hotel offers are up to 81% off the retail rate is our vacation club partners are sponsoring the promotion in exchange for meeting the eligibility requirements and attending a Virtual Presentation which will showcase all the benefits of their travel club program. In general our only requirement is to be at least 25 years of age. The eligibility requirements are listed in the Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the web page for each special offer. Please contact our “Customer Support” if you have any questions concerning eligibility.

Is the cost per person?

We are pleased to tell you that the prices shown on the checkout page before payments are made are always based on a total cost for the accommodation for the entire stay. Our prices are NOT per person but for the ENTIRE stay. Some offers also have additional benefits included but the cost is always based on the full travelling party regardless of that being for 2 or 4 people. The cost shown is the full cost of the accommodation, not per person and not per night.

How do I get reservation-related assistance?

Trips Pass customers can simply click the “Customer Support” tab where there are options to create a support ticket for our team to provide any assistance you may require. It is our goal to provide immediate assistance to customers with our general response time being within 30 minutes. You can also send an email to [email protected]

Can I buy extra nights to extend my stay?

Once you have selected your desired dates and chosen from the selection of hotels, you will then be able to secure your booking. Once a booking has been made, you are able to book additional nights directly through the hotel or via any online platform to extend the stay. The vacations Trips Pass offer are set at the number of nights advertised. Due to the savings applied we are unable to extend the stays internally.

What is included in the offer?

Trips Pass deals provide accommodation for the length of stay advertised. Unfortunately, these deals do not include flights, meals or transportation. The number of travellers accepted on each deal will vary and will be visible on the offer page and the terms of the promotion in question. Please view each deal to see the exact benefits included.

Are there any hidden fees?

Our deals show all taxes/fees before any payment is made. The fees involved are based on the amount quoted for the offer plus the taxes shown in the cart before payments are made. We ensure that all customers are able to view the complete purchase amount before we request any payment.

What is the refund policy for the vacations?

Trips Pass has a 7 day refund policy and allows up to 18 months to schedule your travel dates. Please note, once a vacation has been booked with selected dates and hotel and the vacation has been confirmed, we are unable to cancel, change or refund any vacation plans regardless of the 7 day policy. What if I do not attend the Virtual Presentation?

The way that we can provide the huge savings on the accommodation costs is based on our partner companies subsidizing the vacation cost due to having the opportunity to explain the benefits of their travel-based services. For this reason, our system will not enable access to book the vacation until the Virtual Presentation has been attended.

Is my vacation transferrable to family and friends?

When purchasing a Trips Pass Special Offer deal you will enjoy 18 months to select your dates. If you would like to provide the vacation to a qualified family member or friend in place of you travelling this is fine. However, this deal will not be transferrable once the dates have been set.

What is the Advance Booking Notice?

You can book your travel dates once your Virtual Presentation has been completed. It may take up to 24 hours for your booking platform to allow access to select your dates and hotel. Once the system allows access you may book whenever you like. Please note that in some cases there may be a 15 day booking notice required but this will be shown in the terms and conditions of each offer if applied.

How do I see hotel availability before buying the offer?

Unfortunately, our offers do not enable customers to view availability before purchasing due to us working with live inventory. To take advantage of this promotion, you would purchase the travel deal, attend the virtual presentation and then gain access to select your desired dates and view the hotels made available to you. Each offer will show you 3 example hotels that past customers have received when taking advantage of the deal.

Do your vacations include airfare/transportation?

Our vacation packages provide incredible savings which vary between hotels. Our deals do not include flights but we find that most of our customers benefit from using services such as Google Flights to ensure the best prices. We have found that travelling during low season and selecting mid week and non-holiday stays can drastically decrease the price of flights.

What is the Pet Policy?

Our hotels generally have a "No Pets" policy. However, all hotels do allow REGISTERED Service Animals (not emotional support animals) with correct documentation which must be provided. For any pets to be included in bookings, this will need to be added directly with the hotel once bookings have been made. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in this matter as this is at the discretion of the hotel directly.

Why does it say “Vacation Traded for Travel Club”

If you have decided to enjoy the benefits of one of our partner companies travel services, you may have selected to trade in the original vacation that you purchased to receive additional benefits/discounts. If this is the case then you will see that the vacation is no longer active as it has been traded. Can I buy Multiple Trips Pass deals?

Trips Pass vacations are limited to 1 per couple. You are however, able to gain incredible discounts to continue to save huge amounts on your travel by taking advantage of our partner companies travel based services. This will be explained on the Virtual Presentation that is attended during the booking process.

Why can’t I see the hotels and availability even though I have paid for the offer?

Our vacation deals work based on attending the Virtual Presentation with our vacation partners who will showcase their services. Only AFTER attending the Virtual Presentation will access be granted to search dates and view hotel availability. Until our travel partners have confirmed that customers have attended the call, access to the booking platform will be restricted.

Why cant I book my dates yet even though I have attended the Virtual Presentation.

After attending the Virtual Presentation it may take up to 4 hours for the “My Reservations” area to update so that customers can access and book the vacation.
